BorrowPro is a website started in San Diego,California in 2009.The concept was initiated after its founder had purchased a house and began a seemingly endless list of projects.With a tight budget, he attempted to tackle most of the projects himself, but found that he did not have adequate tools for many of the tasks at hand.Purchasing a brand tool to use once did not make financial sense.
